Services Provided

RemoteITSupport provides remote IT support, help desk assistance, Google Workspace support, Microsoft 365 support, DNS and Cloudflare management, email troubleshooting, hosting and server support, website support, cybersecurity assistance, virtualization support, network troubleshooting, cloud solutions, and AI automation consultation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate technical information, authorized system access, required approvals, necessary cooperation, and backups where applicable. Clients must have permission to request support for involved systems, accounts, domains, or devices.

Remote Access Authorization

By requesting support, the client authorizes RemoteITSupport to access approved systems remotely for troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, or support purposes. Clients may monitor or end remote sessions at any time.

Confidentiality & Privacy

RemoteITSupport treats client systems, accounts, files, and business information with care. Sensitive information is handled only as needed for support. NDA-friendly support can be provided when required.

No Absolute Guarantee

Technology services may depend on third-party providers, software vendors, hosting companies, internet providers, hardware condition, and account permissions. We provide professional best-effort support but cannot guarantee every third-party outcome.

Limitation of Liability

RemoteITSupport is not responsible for indirect damages, business interruption, lost revenue, data loss, or third-party failures. Clients are encouraged to maintain backups and recovery plans.

Termination

Either party may discontinue services. RemoteITSupport may refuse or discontinue abusive, fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized requests.
